Sweet n spicy and perfect for summertime! These keto popsicles are unlike any you've had before. They use a few easy ingredients to make one hell of a treat. Top with a little bit of Tajin seasoning and you're good to go!

 3 Medium size strawberries, chopped
 1 Packet unflavored jello
 1.50 cups Boiling water
 1 Packet strawberry crystal lite (or strawberry Mio drops, if you have those)
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
 2 tbsp Yellowbird Organic Serrano Hot Sauce
 Tajin seasoning (to garnish)

First, you'll need to boil your water. You can use the stovetop, but I prefer to use my tea kettle, since it's quicker. While it's boiling, chop your strawberries and grab a medium size bowl.

Put the boiling water in the bowl and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin on top to allow it to bloom. This will take about 3 minutes. While that's blooming, add your strawberries to a popsicle mould.

After the gelatin blooms (you'll know it's done when there are no clumps!), add your crystal lite packet, lemon juice, and hot sauce to the bowl and stir until dissolved. Give it a taste. If it's too sweet, cut it down with a little more lemon juice. If it's too spicy, add a little pinch of salt.

Pour your liquid into the popsicle moulds and put in the freezer for 4-6 hours (or until frozen). When they're done, remove from the mould, run under some water, and sprinkle on some Tajin seasoning. The water helps it stick! Best enjoyed by the pool with a marg (or two).
