Chia Choczero Macro Balls | Really Delicious Keto Energy Bites

Before I started keto, I loved to eat energy bites. If you don't know what I'm talking about, they're these peanut butter/oatmeal/banana balls that I used to make and pack for hiking trips and as a snack between classes. Some people also call these no-bake cookies, or cookie dough bites. They're so good! I've put a keto twist on that recipe to make macro balls using some really delicious ingredients from ChocZero and Crazy Richard's that make these macro balls high in fat, moderate in protein, and low in carbs. I really hope you enjoy them!

  cup Finely ground almond flour
 1 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
  cup High protein egg white powder
 ½ tsp Sea salt
 ¼ cup Oat fiber
 ¼ cup Chia seeds
  cup Granulated sugar substitute (I recommend Swerve Classic)
 ¼ cup Coconut oil (melted)
 1 cup Natural smooth peanut butter (I recommend Crazy Richard's)
 ½ tsp Vanilla extract
 ¼ cup Maple ChocZero syrup
 ½ cup Chopped pecans
  cup White chocolate ChocZero baking chips

Combine all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir around until thoroughly combined.


Melt coconut oil in a smaller bowl and then add the peanut butter to it. Mix well. Add vanilla extract and maple syrup and stir until combined.


Pour wet mix over the dry mix and use a fork to combine all of the ingredients.


Roll ingredients into 20 1-inch balls and place in a fridge safe container to cool. You can eat these right away, but they will be more stable if you allow the ingredients to rest in the fridge. If you're just using a bowl, make sure to cover it with cling wrap so no moisture escapes. Serve and enjoy! :)
