Looking for a quick and easy keto holiday gift for your friend or family member? Don't worry, because you won't have to settle for some crappy sugar-free stuff from the store. You can whip these up really quickly so they will appreciate a handmade, tasty gift straight from your kitchen. These are so thoughtful and mix great with some keto hot chocolate (though sometimes I just eat them on their own!). Even non-keto people will enjoy these. Great for keto parties, too!

Prep Time10 minsCook Time2 hrsTotal Time2 hrs 10 mins

½ cup White Chocolate Baking Chips (I used Bake Believe here)
 6 Crushed sugar free peppermints
 ½ tsp Peppermint extract

1

Melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler on the stove or in the microwave. Keep an eye on them, because you don't want them to burn and you definitely don't want to get any moisture in the bowl, which would cause them to seize up. Mix in peppermint extract when melted.

2

Dip plastic (or bamboo) spoons into the white chocolate until covered entirely. Lay on parchment paper or a silpat to cool. The parchment or silpat should be on a plate so you can put them in the fridge to solidify entirely.

3

Crush peppermints in a bag with a rolling pin and sprinkle on the spoons while the chocolate is tacky. Transfer to fridge for 2 hours.

4

To package, place these in small cellophane bags and wrap the handle with curled gift ribbon or silky ribbons. Store in the fridge until use.
