Amidst all of the fear and panic over the COVID-19 Coronavirus, many people have been restocking and refreshing their stockpiles. Should YOU be panicking? No. Trust that state departments of public health are doing everything in their power to manage this virus as it spreads. Many people are healing from the virus, so there’s no reason to go all doomsday on us. What you should do, however, is be prepared. Oh, and if you happen to be shopping for some non perishable keto items (just in case you should have to self-quarantine), don’t wipe the store out. Buy what you need and leave the rest for the next person who will also need those items.

You might also need this list if you’re preparing for another natural disaster that could weaken your local economy and/or prevent you from accessing a store (think: hurricane or tornado or earthquake). These items also work well for backpacking or hiking trips, since they either don’t require refrigeration or they can be cooked via campfire.

Now that we got that out of the way, let’s take a look at a list of non perishable keto foods that you should have on-hand in case of an emergency. And check out my PRINTABLE non perishable keto shopping list at the bottom of this post. Take it with you to the store so you don’t forget anything!
