It’s no secret that I’m a huge advocate for the flexibility and affordability of the keto diet. It’s one of the things that makes keto the most sustainable diet plan I’ve ever used. Keto is like a blanket way-of-eating, though, and there are so many ways you can modify it to fit your ethical and nutritional needs. While I’m not vegan, I know many people who are, and I understand that it’s one of the toughest diet guidelines to follow because there aren’t a ton of products that either are vegan or are clearly labeled with their vegan status. I want you to know that vegan keto products are a little different in that they’re usually pretty clearly labeled with their dietary congruence! I’ve had a lot of really bad vegan keto products, but I have had some absolutely dreamy ones, too. This list is my top 5 favorite vegan keto products.

My favorite vegan keto products

Crazy Richard’s 100% Peanuts

This is really the best of the best. I have reviewed products from Crazy Richard’s in the past, and they’re just one of my absolute favorite companies to work with. They’re a B Corp brand, too! Their prices are very afforable and they’re available in big box stores. Check out my review here and let me know if you grab some for yourself.

Ultima Replenisher

On any form of keto, you need to pay special attention to electrolyte intake to make sure you’re hydrated and avoid the keto flu. Ultima mixes are flavorful, naturally colored and sweetened, and they always make me feel better when I drink them. Here’s my review of their mixes!

Side note: if you don’t know what the keto flu is (and how to ward it off), then you need to check out my eBook for Keto Beginners.

DANG Coconut Chips

One of the simplest and most addicting vegan keto snacks! And I mean that in a good way! You can find my review of dang chips on my Youtube channel and my blog.

Seven Sundays Grain Free Muesli

If you’re keto and missing a childhood favorite (um, hello, cereal!) then you need to try this stuff. It’s such a great, natural replacement for something that’s usually sugary and carb-laden. You can find my review of it here.

Fearless Keto Candied Walnuts

So simple, so delicious! I really miss honey roasted peanuts sometimes, and these are a great substitution. You can munch on them by themselves, throw them in granola or muffin mixes, or use them in a salad in lieu of croutons! Huge recommendation for these. I haven’t reviewed these on the blog yet, but that will be posted next week. In the meantime, you can check out my pictures of these babies on my Instagram.

I hope this list helps you find a new favorite!

Until next time,
