Why do I share this picture? Because it IS possible to maintain weight loss on a food plan you are HAPPY with.
Keto works for me. Is it for everybody? Nope. But it works for me (and yes, my doctor knows, and my blood panels are fine, since some of you have asked).
The picture on the left was taken on vacation right as I woke from a nap and hadnâ€™t really eaten that day. The photo on the right was taken just now as I finished dinner and some hot chocolate. Bloat is real ðŸ˜… donâ€™t believe everything you see on IG. Sometimes people who look extra slim are just in a fasted state.
The only other difference between photos is that I havenâ€™t been going to the gym, though I do still run regularly. Thatâ€™s it. No crazy workouts here. Iâ€™ll get back at it when I feel like it!
Itâ€™s been a while since I shared a before/after (I donâ€™t really feel like an â€œafterâ€ most of the time) but I figured that since itâ€™s been almost a year since I hit my lowest weight, it was time to share.
