Hey everyone! Happy Monday and welcome back to my blog for another post. I hope you’re staying well, especially in light of all of the nastiness going around (um, COVID-19, if you live under a rock and aren’t sure what I’m referencing). The world is crazy right now, and one thing I know for certain is that we will never be the same after all of this passes. I don’t mean that in the PTSD sense, although that’s going to be a very real concern later, I mean that in the way-of-life sense. I mean, think about it. How many businesses are delivering and offering curbside service that never considered those models before? Our local car dealership is delivering vehicles that are considered for trades and returning personal vehicles both servicedĀ andĀ sanitized. That’s customer service if I’ve ever heard of it.

Anyways, my point is, I think we should really give some thought to the many changes that are happening around us, and ask ourselves how we think those operations will be forever changed as we return to a (hopefully) normal routine… eventually.

With all that in mind, I want to post about something that’s been on my mind a lot lately, and that’s about building your immune system so you’re better equipped to fight off seasonal ailments. I want to focus on products that will give you a keto immune system boost, because keto dieters can’t just go eat 3 tangerines and call it a day. We need to be more creative than that.
