🗣️ Let’s talk #ketomaintenance for a sec.

After (what feels like) a lifetime of dieting, getting into a maintenance mindset is HARD. My whole life is go-go-go… so when it comes to my body, I never really learned how to just be still.

There are tons of resources out there for dieting. Keto is absolutely a great #weightloss solution (especially if you maintain the #wayofeating post-loss) but that’s not why I do it.

If you’ve followed me for a while, you know that my “why” is more than weight loss. It’s continued physical health and anti-inflammation. Keto has solved some issues for me that extend beyond the 40lb I needed to lose.

There are NOT a ton of resources for maintenance, and staying in the same place can be really challenging, both mentally and physically. As we move into the holidays, I hope that I can be a resource for other people in the #ketocommunity going through the same thing.
